    At Cuídame en Casa, we treat all people with respect and dignity. We believe that the autonomy and rights of our clients must always come first, and we look for caregivers who share this vision.

    We believe that the heart of our service is empathy. We want people who not only perform tasks, but who connect with the emotions and needs of our clients, providing care with love and respect.

    We understand the importance of keeping older people active. Our caregivers will make them enjoy activities such as board games, cards, puzzles and gentle physical exercise, nature outings, walks in the park or visits to quiet places.
    An environment full of positive energy improves the quality of life of those we care for. Our caregivers are optimistic people who transmit joy and calm, helping our clients to feel comfortable and at peace.

    It matters to us that our caregivers have the patience necessary to deal with people facing delicate situations. We know that every day is different and every client has their own pace; that’s why patience is key in our team.

    We constantly train our caregivers and provide them with the tools to face any challenge with confidence and efficiency. Training in first aid, basic medical care and personalised care are some of the key skills that our employees develop.
